Payment of Fees
We will bill you for services rendered in our office, and prompt payment is appreciated. Other costs (outpatient hospital fees, for example) will be billed directly to you by those who have provided the service.

Filing Insurance
Our staff is ready to help you file claims for private or group health insurance, Medicare or Medicaid benefits. Please ask for assistance with claim forms when you check out.
