Key Staff

Our key staff includes Sandi Crabtree, office manager; Kay McDaniel, office supervisor; and Reda Crass, surgery coordinator.

Sandi Crabtree, Office Manager

Sandi joined Women's Health Associates in 1988 and has been office manager since 1997.

Her training includes two years of business management courses at Roane State Community College.

She manages the staff in the Oak Ridge and Parkwest offices. You can reach Sandi directly by calling 481-8050, extension 226.

Office Supervisor Kay McDaniel, CMA, is a certified medical assistants who works with Sandi Crabtree to manage the Parkwest office. Kay joined the staff in 1989 and has worked in medical office administration since 1979. Call Kay at 531-1400.

Reda Crass, Surgery Coordinator, who joined Women’s Health Associates in 2000, works with patients, physicians, and hospital personnel to schedule inpatient and outpatient surgery. You can reach Reda directly at 481-8050, extension 213.
